All Season's Tree Care

Before starting, Tony emphasized how he would clean everything up and remove all cut limbs. Instead of emptying his truck and then finishing the job, he left a pile of limbs in the front yard. He insisted he cut them up so that trash pickup would remove the limbs. I have trashcans that were filled with yard waste which trash pickup emptied as always, but they would not pick up the pile of limbs. Tony said to let him know if there was a problem. When my wife called to let him know the limbs were not picked up he got angry with her. He tried to act like he didn't even remember us. He accused her of trying to get him to do something he never promised. He clearly promised both me and her that he would clean up everything and make sure it was all hauled off. He only wants to make a quick dollar and is totally untrustworthy. I cleaned the mess myself but I hate paying a liar and then having to do his work myself after paying him.
