When we got back home we realized we had measured one of the windows wrong and the pane was too big. I took it back to Colleen and she had the piece cut smaller at no charge. Very friendly, great customer service!

We are very pleased with our shower enclosure. We recently built a new home and the original shower enclosure kept breaking and we did not feel safe using it. All Phase installed a gorgeous shower enclosure that we've had no issues with. Will definitely use again!

Called quite a few glass companies for quotes and got quite a range of answers.  All Phase was VERY competitive.  Order was placed and we picked up the two pieces of glass in a few days.  People are friendly and helpful.  Definitely recommend this company!

I contacted this company based on good reviews on Angie's List. I needed to get some glass tops for my new nightstands and dresser. Colleen did send someone right away to come to my house to take measurements, but after that everything went down hill. After they took the measurements, I did not hear back from them. I waited a week and called them to follow up. Colleen could not find my paperwork and said that she will have to call me back. She called me back a day later and explained that my paperwork was accidently filed in the "completed" file. She then gave me a quote I think for $184.00 for a total of 4 table tops ( i don't remember the exact amount). She said she will call when they were ready. I waited another 2-3 weeks. She finally called and said that they were ready and that she would try to deliver them that day, but she couldn't guarantee since they were really busy. They never delivered the tabletops or called me to reschedule. They are very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with this company.

Called them on December 29th with measurements as demolition hadn't taken place yet. The glass had to be specially cut due to the size which made things get delayed beyond the problem of the kilns shutting down for the New Year holiday. They were very responsive each time I called and gave me updates as best they were able. Once the glass was in they delivered the next day and it was installed within an hour. Issues arose due to me not having them come out to do the measurement which is why it took them longer to get it installed and the fact the walls were not level. The two man team worked well in getting it installed, cleaned up, and sealed. I am definitely going to use them again in the future.

We wanted a frameless mirror to place over a pedestal sink in a little, tiny bathroom. I checked the big box stores and internet and learned we had non-standard dimensions. I went to All Phase and Colleen gave me all the options for finishing the edges and suggested the least expensive way. She cut the mirror for me while I waited! Then she asked how we planned to hang it (metal clips) and she gave me a tip that probably kept us from chipping the edges. (Put a tiny piece of cardboard in each of the bottom clips so the mirror doesn't grind on the metal clip while you're adjusting it.) This is a wonderful company. This custom-size mirror, which looks great if I do say so myself, was less expensive than some of the pre-cut standard ones I saw at stores.

As always, All Phase was great. I called Colleen and she gave me the price over the phone. We talked about how the mirrors would be removed and I knew this was something you wouldn't want to tackle yourself - no matter how easy they make it look on HGTV! Two men arrived promptly and took the mirrors out in sections. The mirrors were glued to the wall with thick black adhesive. They were conscientious and tried not to tear the drywall paper.

Colleen was great. I gave her the dimensions and she quoted me a price over the phone. I went to their office and Jim cut the glass while I waited! It was great. Another glass company quoted me $50 for the same piece (ridiculous). Also, I thought I would have to come back to get the glass but they cut it while I was there. Great price and great service.
