ALL CLEAN MAIDS

Not thorough housecleaning, not like every spec of dust, they have a different definition of house cleaning, they do regular housecleaning. So, they don't have one person come out every time they come, it use to be whoever was available, but if you insist on somebody specific, they make sure that I get the person that I like. The first couple of times the people they sent were really really disappointing. The first time somebody came over, it was ok, I wasn't super impressed, but not disappointed either. The second time they sent someone, I was not happy at all. The third time they sent someone, they were ok too. I had one of the regular cleaners come, but she left her job, and they sent a few people that were extremely disappointing. Right now, they are sending someone who I like. Coat is pretty steep to the other maid I use to have. I have four rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms. $110 dollars, more than what I use to pay, than any other company. Very responsive every time I call.

Convenience.

I have a regular service schedule with them. 



I think it's good, it's not outstanding but I think it's fair. The thing is they send a different person every time so that is a little inconvenient I think, the price is also kind of on a higher side but overall they do a good job.



Maybe have a single person signed to a single property instead of rotating it, also do something about the price because I think it's a little steep.

Unfortunately, after the first two cleanings the service took a steep dive to an F rating.  On the first visit we made it very clear that we preferred to have the same cleaning team in order to build a relationship with them so that we could provide a key for future services where we wouldn't have to be at the home.  The next visit we had a different team.  Now we are on to the third visit and with two days notice we had to make a schedule change for the week and asked them to not come on Tuesday as no one would be here to let them in to the house.  They were prompt in that response and setup the cleaning for Thursday.  On Thursday their lack of communication took a turn for the worse as I waited at home until I finally called them late in the day to inquire when they would be to the home to clean.  I had let them know anytime after 2:30 would be great but when I didn't hear anything by almost 5 I thought  I should call.  They showed up around 6 and were out by 7.  I exchanged a couple of emails with the supervisor and she tried to pawn it off on the fact that I changed days, the service before our's took much longer than expected and wiped the lack of communication under the rug.  It was a HORRIBLE cleaning job and obviously a rush job after their long day and fitting us in at the end.  I communicated with the company with NO reply, they cashed our check anyway, and I still haven't received a reply from the last email I sent them about the poor job they performed.  They did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, cashed the check for a job poorly done, and handled the situation in such an unprofessional manner I would not recommend them to anyone.

They are prompt and that is why I hired them.  The cleaning ladies that I had before would not always come on a day that they promised or would come at a different time than what they promised and that screw up your schedule.  So even though I liked the other two ladies I decided to go with All Clean Maids.  They are very pleasant.  There are some things that I wish that they would be more industrious about but they sure can do a better job than I can at this stage.  The fact that they do the total house cleaning, I can take care of the details myself.  The fact that they show up, I can’t really say that they are punctual because they come at a different time each time.  I was debating in changing then I changed my mind.
