Good service

They called back promptly to set up an appointment and quoted me a very fair fee. I did have to cancel the appointment because a friend ended up stopping by to complete the service.

All went well.  Good communication.  They made a return visit when the parts arrived and both visits were included.

Unfortunately the refrigerator was not worth fixing.  Better to buy a new one.  I had another refrigerator which did not drain corretly every since the Tampa Bay hurricane year, I think 2004.  I ask if he would take a look at it.  He sized up the situation and went right after
the drain clogged problem.  He fixed it in about 10/15 minutes!  He pulled stuf apart that I would not want to do as I might have ruined the machine which still worked even though it had the drain problem.  I was happy that he fixed it even though my other refrigerator had to be replaced.

My Samsung washer stopped draining and spinning.  I called my usual repairman who said he didn't work on my type of washer (Samsung frontload without a coin or lint trap).  He told me what to expect from another repairman and that the cost should be around $100-$125.  He gave me the name of another company.

I called that company, but also called All Brands Appliance (ABA).  ABA could make it to my home one day earlier than the other company so I had them come out.  The cost to come to my home was approximately $65, all of which would be applied to the repair if I chose to go forward. 

The repairman was here for approximately 1 hour.  He had to remove the back of my washer to gain access to the pump.  There was a quarter lodged in the pump.  He was able to remove it by taking the pump apart. I hour and $95 later, I'm back to doing my laundry.

The price came in a little less than I had anticipated.  The repairman was very professional and explained everything.  I would absolutely recommend ABA and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They came out to diagnose the problem on 11/26 and it took them a while to get the right parts in because the manufacturer is located in Korea. They tried to save a us a little money by installing one of 2 parts that were needed. As it turned out we needed both parts so they came back out and installed the second part. My only real complaint is that it took so long for the work to be completed but they did a good job otherwise.

BE SURE TO HAVE NELSON LOOK AT EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE THAT ISN'T WORKING WHILE HE IS THERE!
