The technician (and assistant) arrived ready to work. Tim Johnson explained what caused the problems, how to fix the problems and the cost for the service. Expert work was performed on the project, our sliders roll much better than they did when we bought our brand new home. They cleaned up their work environment very well. We are very satisfied.

Almost 30 year old sliding door hasn't slid properly in years (not used much so lived with it). Finally made an appointment with All American Sliding Doors to fix this. Tim was on time, professional, experienced, explained what was doing, cleaned the tracks and around the door panels, replaced the rollers to both panels and made adjustments to ensure door lock and bolt lined up properly and both panels now slide beautifully! He also gave me a coupon credit that was helpful.

My sliding glass door was progressively getting harder to open. I contacted All American sliding door repair for evaluation of issue. Tim responded quickly & quote was given prior to work being completed. When work was completed, the final cost was less than expected. Tim was punctual, knowledgeable & didn’t try to sell me anything extra. I recommended All American Sliding Door to 2 other neighbors that had the same great experience.
