Called at 8:00pm to schedule an appointment. Expected to leave a message but the owner answered. Had a service technician out to me next day. I figured the tech would tell me the old opener needed to be replaced as it was almost 30 yrs old. Tech came out, very professional. It was a very reasonable fee for new opener and installation. I didn't even compare prices because the service was so impressive. When I looked around afterward (out of curiosity) it turned out the price was good as well. Overall I am highly satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend to anyone who asks (and already did!)

The service tech was right on time. In fact he was at my house before I made it home. He replaced both springs in about 30 minutes. The cost was $250 for both springs, however the company had a $50 coupon on Angie's List I used so I paid $199 for the job.

Excellent! Nick the technician was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived at the agreed upon time and examined the door, explained what he was going to do and got on with the job. I will definitely use All American Garage Door when we replace the old door in a year or two. I highly recommend this company.

Jose was my tech- I told the company I needed the repair ASAP called around 12- they said between 3/4 which I was ok with.
Jose showed up at 1:15- I was thrilled. He was polite and professional and got right to work. I am very pleased with the service from this company.

Arrived next day (on a Sunday morning!) and quickly fixed the door. Nick also noticed the door lock was not working properly and suggested 2 new door lock. Garage door works great now!

Went great they bet low,s buy $400.00 with out the motor and they will take 30 day to get in and they was able to come out and do the whole job for less and great job

Just great service all around.  They called me when they said they would, they showed up when they said they would etc.  During the installation, they did everything the right way and cut no corners.  They were able to find the door I needed quickly (it was in stock) and got me scheduled.  Very pleasant and professional throughout the whole experience.  They followed through on all their promises.  Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying my garage door was over 30 years old. We took care of it but it had seen it's better days. I was having trouble with my garage door going up or down. I thought it was the opener and even though my call was on Friday they sent their repair tech, Jose, for my job the same day. After his inspection, he made some adjustments to the springs and the door and it went up and down with ease. I thought I was going to have to replace my opener but Jose advised me the opener was in good shape.
I figured after 30 years I had gotten my money's worth from my old door. Since they were honest and prompt responding to my call for help; I decided it was time for a new door. I used to be in the business and had an idea about pricing, coding, and permits for the install.  I called their office and placed my order.
The appointment was made for the next Wednesday and promptly at 9 a.m. as I was told, Mike and Steve arrived. They were very professional and courteous. By 2 p.m. I had my new door. What a difference  the new door has made.
It was certainly a pleasant experience to deal with all the professionals at All American from my 1st phone contact thru the installation.

We trusted their opinion, because they mentioned that the garage door opener that we currently had, could not be repaired. I thought they did a great job and they worked really hard. The gentleman who came out was very nice, efficient and was also knowledgeable. We bought their new equipment garage door opener. We have newer vehicles where you can program the garage door with our vehicles, you can push the button without having to use the actual garage door opener. You have to program that and there is a special device that was needed for that. He did not have the devise with him and he had us contact an internet company so we could get the devise. We then had to do the last minute programing. I am happy with the service overall and they also added an outdoor key pad too, which we did not have before. The springs we used to have were big metal ones and what this company put in for replacement was more up to date. It is important to know in our cause that it was necessary for us to make a separate purchase online for the progaming devise for our vehicle to open the garage door.

When we called the company on 3/10, we weren't sure if we wanted to stay with a single spring or change to a double spring. The nice lady told us that the tech would have both on the truck. We made the appt for the next day. The tech arrived within the time frame, but he did not have a single spring on the truck; fortunately we had already decided by then to go with the double spring and with the Angie's List coupon, the cost would be about the same. The tech a little time to talk over the system (pros and cons) of the double spring and was very willing to answer questions. The job was completed without a delay and the garage has been working well since.

The spring broke on our garage door on a Friday night with my wife's car trapped in the garage, so we wanted a weekend visit to replace it.  This company seemed like the only one that was open on the weekend.  They took my call Saturday morning, and thankfully they had an appointment available between 4 and 5 pm.  She said they'll be there between 4 and 5, however if they are going to be later, they will call.
5:30 comes along and no one has come, and no call.  I called and they said he was running late at another customers house, expect them from 6-6:30.  He ended up coming at 6:30.  I really wish they would have called because we cut our plans short and got to the house at 4pm to wait for him.  We ended up just sitting on our thumbs for those 2.5 hours when it wasn't necessary.
The job was completed to our expectations, and he seemed professional enough and knew what he was doing.  No complaints about the work done.
I just wish they had the courtesy to call like they said they would.

Excellent service! Always arrive on time, with a call from the technician as he is on his way.  I am so pleased to find out they are listed through Angie's list.  I've used this company several times.   Always next day service, always on time and never a surprise with the cost of the service.

Excellent service!   They came out the day after I called, he was prompt and very personable.   Was done quickly and explained everything in detail.   I would recommend them to anyone needing garage opener/door service!
