What we were told about the warranty and what the company will do are very different. The company refuses to come out and do yearly maintenance as per the warranty unless we pay $400 for a rental lift. We were never told about the extra charge.

I would definitely recommend this company. I have dealt with many different ac companies over the years and always felt overcharged. Justin, who helped us and sold us a new unit was great! Prices were very reasonable and they did everything they said they were going to do.

They are exceptionally overpriced. I believed the matter was urgent as the unit was also 18 years old. I chose to have the unit replaced as parts are no longer manufactured & informed it was also a health hazard. I am a senior citizen & discovered afterwards that I was overcharged at least $2000-$2,500 over what was necessary for 640 square feet. The area inside was left dirty & needed to touch up paint to scratches & dirt left on door & wall near the unit. Outside area was also left messier after the installation. The service people & installers were very pleasant. However, quotes provided from others, I was taken advantage of & grossly overcharged.

Showed up on time. Did not try to sell me any extra services. Seemed like a fair price.

They provided me with options, whether to fix the existing unit or get a new one. Their advice was valuable. They did a very professional job.

We hired AirPros for an AC install. Justin was great to work with - explained everything that needed to be done and easy to get ahold of throughout the project. There were a couple communication issues regarding the specifics of the job and the time windows however we found that there was a sincere interest in making sure the work was done right, even if it meant an extra stop from a technician.

I hired Air Pro's HVAC Contracting, LLC to clean my dryer vent and the young man that arrived to do the work told me that he couldn't clean the entire vent, just a portion of the vent. In any case, he did not complete my dryer vent cleaning and left.
