The service was performed by two different people. The one tech did a great job on the duct cleaing. He was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. On the other hand, the other repairman scheduled to do the a/c mntc wanted to rescheculed since it was "raining" (barely - within the hour it had stopped)... I personally thought that wasn't professional. The tech did come back on the rescheduled day, but, acted as if they were in a hurry. He did not take the same care and time to explain some of the items that he assessed to repair. As a matter of fact, he was condescending and "talked down to me". I was very unhappy with his service specifically and I would not recommend this company to my friends and family.

TECHNICIAN RUSTY---GREAT SERVICE! RECEPTIONIST/SCHEDULER TAMMY--RUDE, CONDESCENDING, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. OUR DOWNSTAIRS A/C UNIT (CARRIER) DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. OUR HOUSE WAS ONLY 6 MONTHS NEW AT THE TIME SO WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT A BRAND NEW A/C UNIT (CARRIER BRAND NO LESS) STOPPED WORKING. AT FIRST WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PART AND IT WOULD TAKE 7-10 DAYS. I FOUND THAT TO BE UNACCEPTABLE AND CONTACTED OUR HOME BUILDERS WARRANTY MANAGER WHO, IN TURN, CONTACTED THE OWNER/MANAGER OF AIR FLOW DESIGNS. AMAZINGLY, WE HAD A PART 2 DAYS LATER. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHATSOEVER. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. IF I DID NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, I WOULD NOT, BUT WE ARE REQUIRED TO BECAUSE THEY HANDLE ALL THE WARRANTY SERVICE FOR OUR HOMEBUILDER.

ALTHOUGH THEIR MOST RECENT VISIT WAS STRICTLY FOR UNIT MAINTENANCE, THEY HAVE HAD TO COME FOR MORE SERIOUS REASONS IN THE PAST. REGARDLESS OF THE VISIT THE TECHNICIANS WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS TO ME (IF ANY), WERE RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME AND DID THEIR BEST TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
