They were highly recommended by friends. It seemed that our ac wasn't keeping up (we keep it at 79 degrees) and were concerned about the ducts because the last room to get air is always much warmer. Upon asking, I was told "that's a winter job." ???WHAT??? You only go in the attic in the winter? Plus, he held his hand up to the bent and said 'Yeah, it's blowing". Well, um, I can put my had up and tell you it's blowing. My question was, is it blowing efficiently. He had no gauge to measure the pressure? Sure you can do it for years, that doesn't mean you don't need tools. He just put in freon and left after talking a lot and questioning the honesty of another company.
