Installation went great. From scheduling the appointment to the installers getting here on time and installing the insulation. They were very professional and even cleaned up their mess afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
Description of Work: Installed attic insulation to bring up to code after Tampa Electric Energy Audit. FYI... Cost above was before Rebate from TECO. My cost was less.

Description of Work: These guts are amazing in the best sense. They came out on Friday, June 13th and fixed some shoddy duct work that was performed by another service. Also aded two cold air intakes. They were on time, professional, and affordable. They were in and out in 3 hours time and did an excellent job addressing serious needs. They came out again today and blew insulation into the attic crawl space. Again, on time, professional, reasonable and courteous. They were done in about an hour. Top Notch experience.

Good experience -- they were able to give me a bid over the phone and were very nice. We didn't end up using them because they couldn't do the work the same week that I called them.
Description of Work: Gave a bid to increase insulation in my 1056 sq. ft. attic from R-5 to R-22.

This provider was recommended by Teco as part of an energy audit, which gave me a $200 rebate. I made an appointment for 8am, but when they had not arrived by 8:30am, I called and was told it was really a 1 hour window. They did arrive by 8:45am. The first guy came to my door and identified the company and then asked for the Teco certificate, so I gave it to him. Then he asked for the check, but he had not done the work so I refused. Since I don't speak Spanish and he didn't speak much English we stood and argued for awhile until he realized that I was not going to pay until he completed the work. I then called the company, since I have a attic fan and wanted to be sure that they would not cover the fan with the insulation. As I was speaking to someone on the phone and she was reassuring me that the men (the second guy was still in the truck) were trained and knew not to cover fans/soffit, the first guy almost fell off the truck! The woman did have a supervisor call the men and explain about the fan. Then the second guy went into the attic with the hose, and as the first guy went to hand him up more hose, he proceeded to fall off the ladder! I was so scared, if I had spoken Spanish, I would have asked for my certificate back and sent them on their way! Luckily the guy was not hurt and did not go into the attic. I have to say that after they finished they did let me go up and see the work and did a nice job of cleaning up.
