Installation went great. From scheduling the appointment to the installers getting here on time and installing the insulation. They were very professional and even cleaned up their mess afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

This provider was recommended by Teco as part of an energy audit, which gave me a $200 rebate. I made an appointment for 8am, but when they had not arrived by 8:30am, I called and was told it was really a 1 hour window. They did arrive by 8:45am. The first guy came to my door and identified the company and then asked for the Teco certificate, so I gave it to him. Then he asked for the check, but he had not done the work so I refused. Since I don't speak Spanish and he didn't speak much English we stood and argued for awhile until he realized that I was not going to pay until he completed the work. I then called the company, since I have a attic fan and wanted to be sure that they would not cover the fan with the insulation. As I was speaking to someone on the phone and she was reassuring me that the men (the second guy was still in the truck) were trained and knew not to cover fans/soffit, the first guy almost fell off the truck! The woman did have a supervisor call the men and explain about the fan. Then the second guy went into the attic with the hose, and as the first guy went to hand him up more hose, he proceeded to fall off the ladder! I was so scared, if I had spoken Spanish, I would have asked for my certificate back and sent them on their way! Luckily the guy was not hurt and did not go into the attic. I have to say that after they finished they did let me go up and see the work and did a nice job of cleaning up.
