"In response to the "Temp Employees". We use an "Employee Leasing Company" for all new hires. This is common practice for Companies and we are no different. All Plumbers MUST have 6 years verifiable experience, pass background check (done by Ask the Seal) along with a good driving record. After 90 days probation period we then consider hiring employee full time. The customer was advised that due to having galvanized piping 20+ years old that a repipe was the Best option. Customer did not have budget for that so we worked within their means. The galvanized piping in the customers home had a buildup of corrosion and rust that had already reduced their flow to about 1/4". All we did was tie into existing the plumbing. As for the price of a faucet (Moen) our price includes tax as well. In order to have installed (which customer denied) we would have to have shut water off at street, cut wall to make access, remove old unit, clean pipe ends, install (soder) new faucet and valve in place and test unit. This is more than just screwing something in. We have NEVER left a jobsite and the customer not have water. We dont know if the customers handyman (unlicensed and not insured) had done anything as he had advised our Tech that he was going to do some of the work per the Homeowners instructions. Things had changed a couple of times as each homeowner had different concerns so we tried to address them both. In regards to the last comment this customer has made, we will not entertain rumors, heresay or lies. This customer has no proof of such and indeed is not factual. We made attempts to resolve issues and discuss payment (which the customer refuses to pay) but was unsuccessful. As a final note ALL the work that we did was INSPECTED and PASSED by the City Plumbing Inspector."
