Our Panasonic television stopped working. Mike informed us over the phone that a service call would be $100. He arrived and checked several areas of the television, then advised us that there was a good possibility that the part that was not working might still be replaced by the factory even though our warrenty had expired. We called Panasonic and indeed it they would repair it (there was a problem with some of the 2007 models that didn't warrent a mass recall). Mike was then kind enough to drop off a television for us to use through the holidays and until ours could be fixed by the Panasonic company. His advice saved us an additional $300+ cost.
