My roof was installed in 2013. Ever since then every call I have made to the company was never returned. A lady (Ann) takes a message and says the owner will call you but he never did until I threatened to call the better business bureau when my roof had a leak recently. The owner Brian is very unprofessional, the company is run like a mickey mouse operation.

Oustanding! There was 1 minor problem but they came right out to fix it. I would use them again if I had to.

When they originally came out on Thursday April 3, 2014, the roof was too wet for them to apply the sealant. The representative said he would be back out the following Monday, April 7, 2014, if it was dry. There was no rain that day, but no one showed up. It took a few phone calls and about 2 more weeks to get the work done. We have not had any leaking in that spot since the repair, so the work was done well.

After a great deal of back and forth about the appt. date/time it was set. Then I received a call that they had double booked and could they rescheduled. I already took the day off work so I said I couldn't reschedule.  They "worked something out" and the man showed up very promptly.  He showed me all of the places he thought needed to be fixed.  He put a "temporary fix" on a boot that a squirrel had chewed up.  (little did I know the temporary fix was a plastic bag around the top).  I had to ask multiple times for the estimate. When I got it I was astonished to see it was $700!!!  For a few replaced boots and to fix a vent in the middle of the roof that had rusty nails and a few other minor things.  I called and got another company to come out.  Estimate included all of the fixes indicated below and the REAL fix of where our roof was leaking - which wasn't picked up by this company.. and this was that a line of shingles needed to be glued back down.  the other company fixed everything, including upgraded goose-neck (i think that's what they are called) boots, plus the shingles that needed to be glued, for $400 LESS!!!!

They were very good. The man that came out was very courteous, understood my needs and was nice about the whole thing. The previous contractor had done a bad job and they fixed it. It wasn't cheap but they reassured me that everything was going to be okay. It is raining now and my roof is not leaking. I spent more than the initial price because I had them do more work for me.

Company owner arrived 45 minutes early, which worked out perfectly for me.  He was prepared to come back if no one was home at the designated appointment time.  He got up on the roof, found the same nail exposure the friend did, and further sealed it with roofing cement, which he showed me the container as well as took a picture of the repair that I could see on his phone.  He assured me otherwise my roof was in great shape.  Educated me a little on how shingles should lay.  Asked if I had any further questions.  Did not try to upsell me.  And was on his way within 20 minutes.  Really great experience.  If I should have roof problems down the road, I have his card.  Thank you!

Initially there was a mixup on the appointment and it became a no show on the scheduled day. I called the next day and they were very apologetic about the mixup. The appointment was rescheduled and this time it worked out. The owner of the business did the inspection and said everything looked good. He did point out some maintenance things that should be done and even offered the names of someone who could do them. Overall it was a good experience with this vendor and I would not hesitate to hire them if I ever needed my roof repaired.

1. Kept me informed via phone and email all thru the process until completion......Congenial staff.....excellent communication .Really appreciated the information about upgraded roofing materials also......

The company rep sent out a field supervisor to examine roof the day I called. Temporary leak abatement steps had been taken, so a repair date was set. Work was completed around repairs on chimney (primary leak source) Areas of concern were addressed by repair team. Unfortunately...the leak was not completely repaired. I called the company back. After voicing my concerns to the office rep I was connected to the company president who assured me the problem would be solved,  so the roofers returned to recheck the deck and flashing around the chimney. A broader area of re-shingling/repair was done, and Jim (roofer) assured me, if any leaking recurred, he'd return. That night it rained....slow leak noted, again in the same spot. I called Aderhold Roofing (ARC) and they had Jim all me. The next evening he showed up as promised. We tested the roofing and found no leak there...he then water tested the chimney and we found the source of the leak...on the repaired chimney! Jim  the did a temporary caulk job...discussed what should be done and refused to accept further payment for his efforts. (The chimney repair company was called...a team returned the next AM). I can't say enough good about the concern and professionalism  shown by the team at ARC.

When first contacted the response was within a day by phone. An appointment was made for a estimate on August the 12. Brian came right on time. He was very helpful and answered all my questions as we reviewed the damage my roof had. I felt no pressure to do what we had discussed which makes it easy for me to make up my mind. He told me the would give me a proposal for the job the next day. Sure enough I was sent an email with the proposal for my husband and I to review. All the paperwork was done via email which made it super easy. The next few days were used to ask questions and then by Aug . 15 we had begun commencement to do the job. The constant communication with Betsy Munoz, their project manager made it a pleasure to do business with them. We were put on the schedule for Aug 26. The workers arrived early and worked tirelessly all day long until the job was completed. We did have a flat roof replaced at the same time which was attached to the house. 2800 sq ft. Was the area of the roof itself where the shingles Timberline HD were placed. They used Rhino underlayment.... I am also having a wind mitigation report done for my insurance company.

Our roof began to leak during a torrential rain.  We called Aderhald Roofing late Friday, and a very understanding woman told us someone would be out the next morning.  
  Brian arrived promptly, inspected the roof for about an hour, located the problem, and quoted a price to fix it.   When we said  "O-K", he fixed it.   
  When Brian finished his work, he explained the problem to us in layman's terms.   He said he would stand by his work, and if a leak occurred in the same area he would repair it at no additional charge.  That was quite reassuring. 
  The roof has been fine during the ensuing light rains we have had.  However, since the repair there have been no torrential rains to "test" his patch.  (Hence, the "B" for  "quality".)   But, possibly, he actually created a time and space warp over our house to prevent any more torrential rains -- now THAT'S a bargain deal! 
  Disregarding the latter, we couldn't have asked for a more accomodating response, and would recommend Aderhald as a business one can rely on.  Now . . .  . waiting for the next torrential rain . . . .

8/7/2013 -- Finally had our gully-washer!  No leak! I changed "quality" from a "B" to an "A", now that the weather has confirmed Brian's work.  Thank you!

They were exceptionally professional and courteous from start to finish.  I am a local Realtor/Appraiser and I hired them to provide a follow-up roof inspection to further investigate issues identified in the home inspection for one of my buyers.  They provided a detailed and official one-page inspection report/summary.  Their written estimate for the new roof actually came in below their verbal quote.  The official written estimate was without question the most professional and thorough proposal for contractor type work I have ever witnessed in my 9 years in real estate.  They just didn't provide a simple one page wham/bam here you go estimate. It was a 12 page PDF document that was aesthetically pleasing, educational, and very detailed oriented.  They took the time to explain the estimate, the products they use, the roofing process, the warranty, while also sharing what sets them apart from their competition, as if it wasn't already apparent.  In addition to this impressive document, I spoke with several different staff members on numerous occasions and they were not only exceptionally professional, but extremely friendly and courteous.  Topped off by their commitment to giving back and making a difference in our community and you quickly see why they have a business that is refreshing in its approach and admirable in its impact.  They will certainly be at the top of my referrals list as both myself and my peers are often in need of a quality roofer and/or contractor in our line of work.  While I have not actually seen their final product, I have no doubt that I won't be needing to look any further.  Thanks Aderhold Roofing for taking the time to make an impression.

They are extremely responsive, punctual, consistent, and finished the work in just a few days.  They worked very neatly and hauled the old materials away.  Their estimate is the most detailed of the 4 I received, very professional.  Also have their licensing and insurance up to date- very pleasing when a contractor says they are legit and they really are.  Did not have to provide a deposit.  
After the work was done, they did not immediately provide a release for contractor's lien and I received a certified mail from a sub stating they would be filing a contractor's lien against my home even though I had paid in full.  When I informed them, they were very responsive but missed 2 promised deadlines around providing the document to me.  Obviously this made me very concerned and I stated as much, but frankly they seemed disinterested and unaffected at that point.  The document did finally materialize with a back-dated notary.
In summary- outstanding up-front experience and great work, very professional and competent.  I would make sure you get the contractors release from liens and all other final documents the moment you pay.  I didn't and wish I had.  Still, if you need a roof, I would highly recommend this company for the quality and value of their work.

  Aderhold Roofing replaced my roof this June and did an excellent job.....I liked the fact that I was kept informed via email or phone during the entire process....more businesses that provide a service should do this....Everyone was very professional.....the roof looks great and I have had several compliments from people passing by when I have been outside gardening....J.D.P.
