Have been with this Company for over 15 yrs. Called in a service call. My unit is 3 yrs old. Sent over one tech and Part ordered and replaced. Cost was very high. No receipt given was to be sent by e-mail and had to call a few times before it showed up on line. No explanation of services by tech on the day of service. Part was covered by warranty but not services. Two attempts made problem not resolved . Third attempt wanted to charged me another absorbeted amount to be charged was another problem (reversing valve). Feel tech was not very knowlegable. Was very rude at the presentation of the quote. I feel the problem was misdiagnosed and service not done properly. Was not here for a long time. Had another company come in to get a second quote. Feels the problem was with the reversing valve all along.

Great! We had problems in two of our bedrooms. They were significantly hotter than the rest of the house. They gave us a detailed solution for fixing it that we were able to have confidence in. Action Air Conditioning and their employees we're great. The owner Dave came out to give me a quote on a replacement unit and my wife and I decided to use them on the spot. Dave couldn't have been knowledgeable and honest with us. We were very happy with the install process and we even noticed a drop in our electric bill. It went fine but we had a problem about the papers and I'm trying to bring the back out but I'm having a hard time.

Had service contracts w Action Air for years...most experiences "Okay". However, more recently, seems that "routine" check ups resulted in recommendations for semi- to major repair/maintenance items. Became so common of an occurrence that I began to wonder if all were legit. When I balked at doing the work the response consistently became "Well, you can probably get away with..." type responses...still more $$$ pursued, although far less. When I decided to not do ANY of the work NO issues resulted after time passed, further causing me to question legitimacy of initial findings. EXAMPLE: In once instance, when I DID agree to the work (blower motor replacement at OVER $1k), the incorrect part was ordered, resulting in time span of over ONE week from my initial call to installation of the CORRECT motor. This was after several days of waiting for a technician to be able to arrive...which, with my service plan, is already in issue as I was supposed to be a "preferred" customer under this plan. The above occurred earlier this year (2018). I've since moved, no longer intend to employ Action Air for ANY air conditioner needs, have found a VERY REPUTABLE company that I would recommend w/o hesitation: First Response Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm now reminded of how it SHOULD work, and am posting this as a warning to others re Action Air.

great !!! was able to do it on a Saturday which worked out great for us. One of the young men that installed the unit was a helper on the unit Action Air installed for us almost 20 years ago - now he was the lead installer :) They did a great job, was on time, cleaned up any mess, was polite and efficient.

It's still under warranty. They're excellent. I've used them for the last 10 years. They've always been responsive. They've always done what needed to be done. Their prices are reasonable. I wouldn't say they're cheap but reasonable. I have been in contact with 5 of them so far and they've all been terrific people.

They are great. They did a good job. The quality is very good. They took about a week, but I was on the schedule. Their punctuality was good. Their professionalism was excellent.

They usually send two people and the work takes 30 minutes. They provide a six-month guarantee on a break down after their service.

The service is fine. Their technicians are fine. They are just a little pricey. They are the ones that installed our units. We have a contract with them. It was very expensive.

Their price is competitive. They are not the cheapest, but they are good. They are honest and really work with you if there is a problem. They provide good, quality service with good, quality care. They are trustworthy.

They were just very upfront about everything.  We haven't had a problem since. The technicians are great.
