Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care

It was an utter nightmare. They didn't know what they was doing. They sent many different caregivers to take care of me and my partner. One was verbally abusive to me. I was about to get in touch with Tallahassee to report them but I wanted to let the people know on Angie's List. This is a warning to anyone who wants to get involved with this company, read the contract and make sure you understand what Acti-Care is requesting of you. Their price is very high.

Our assistant was always there and very professional. My father became ill and was hospitalized and she even came to the hospital to help him. My father past away in the hospital. The company was very professional and caring even after my fathers passing. If I had a need I would not hesitate in hiring them again!

Acti-Kare not only had someone here Saturday morning in time for me go to work, the caregiver was extremely friendly and helpful. My father was pleased and requested that we use this caregiver from here on out. Acti-Kare stepped up to the plate and earned our business from here on out.

My mom loves her Acti-Kare caregiver! Since I work, I'm not able to visit with my mom as much as I would like. From helping my mother grocery shop and getting her to her appointments to sitting down and just chatting with her over a cup of tea, I don't know how my mom would get along without them.
