"I wish Angie's List would use some of their advertising budget to hire mediators to assist the customer and the business owner in resolving a matter, if there is basis. I know there are competitive businesses out there. All it takes is an IP and/or physical address, and $10 a month, and that enables them to leave a bad review for their competition. There is no proof that services were indeed performed, nor invoices produced. Are there background checks on these businesses? How can one confirm work was done with no invoice to support this? This is not the issue here with Ms. [Member], but just something that needed to be stated. I always wondered if the day of my small business receiving a negative review would ever come, never expected it from the quality of work and attention given to all of our customers. Ms. [Member] purchased a Store Front Deal: $90 for Eco-Friendly Hot Carbonating Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizing, Sanitizing for 2 Rooms. The deal clearly states "Pet stains/odor or extreme staining may incur additional charges". When my technician arrived at the home, it was found that there was pet urine all over the carpet, and a product called Pet Urine Removal Treatment (PURT) was suggested. Our sale price for this product is $59 per gallon (our competitors are charging $79-99 per gallon). This product takes 24-48 hours to completely dry when used. Ms. [Member] was informed of this. The reason of the purchase of the Store Front Deal was due to saturation of dog urine throughout the carpet. The following morning (and not even 24 hours after the service), my CSR received a call from Ms. [Member], with concerns/complaints of wet carpets, and then menaced us with a 'bad review'. My CSR informed her to expect a call back once we were able to discuss with the technician the events that occurred during the cleaning. I called Ms. [Member], and the conversation went back and forth for a bit. The outcome was that we were not allowed to send the technician back to her home to see the condition of the carpet and rectify anything that was needing to be re-serviced if that were the case. Ms. [Member] insisted: "They were very nice, but I don't want them back in my house, I don't have time for this". There were the continual threats of leaving my company a bad review, again, without giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter (i.e. re-clean the carpets if indicated). We continued back and forth, as Ms. [Member] proceeded to inform me of recent personal events that had occurred in her in her life (family passing away and such). I was sorry for her, but wanted to keep to the matter at hand. She was bothered, used vulgarity, belittled me and my business. Despite this I continued to ask how we could resolve this situation, my 4th time asking, she said she simply wanted a refund, but would not allow me a chance to correct her concerns. I consulted with the sales representative manager at Angie's List, explained the entire situation to him, and even he suggested he would not refund the customer in this situation. I know of a man who once walked this Earth... he was a perfect man. If he were faced with this situation, there would still be fault found. If there was ever a job not performed up to par, we request a chance to go out and correct the situation. We are not perfect, but do strive to be."
He did a great job cleaning our carpets and arrived at the time scheduled. He answered all my questions and pointed out spots left by the previous owners. He was very pleasant and professional. He was also extremely efficient. When I called the office, they were very helpful and very nice. We even had some good laughs together. I liked them so much, I had them clean the carpeting at the condo we had been renting. I highly recommend this company.

Each and every time the tile is serviced, it feels like I am walking into a new office. And patients (parents) almost always comment after the sofas are cleaned.

We also had a 5 year old recliner chair cleaned and he made it look brand new!! When I called to have my tile cleaned they said they are not allowed to come to the county that I just moved to so I am SO upset not to be able to hire them back!
