AAA Travel

We've used them a lot for many many years. They're very good. We just took a very nice trip through Europe. They arranged it all. We've traveled throughout the United States, they always have Triptiks with maps and books for every state. I have it for all my children and I've had them for many years.

My wife and I were considering taking a trip abroad and requested information from AAA Travel in order to decide if we would make the commitment and we decided, based on their information and some that we gathered on our own, that we will not be taking the trip.  My wife was the one who contacted AAA Travel.

The arrangements for the trip were handled by Patty Kiddy, who is the cruise specialist for my local AAA office. She was very well informed and made many suggestions as to how to arrange the whole trip. She made sure to check with the company providing the tour to be sure we were doing everything we needed to do in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our many questions. Everything went smoothly and the whole trip was a great experience. I would not hesitate to use Patty again for arranging a cruise or tour.

It all began with a dream of a life time, a bucket list and a trip to our local AAA Travel office where we discussed various cruise options and tour providers. The commitment was made and the rest is history. Life from here on will never be the same!
When asked by friends how we liked our Tauck Budapest to Amsterdam River Boat Cruise, we simply find it almost impossible to describe this incredibly wonderful experience to them. To say is was….. “Five Star”; “First Class”; “Romantic”; “Enchanting”; “Culturally Enlightening”; “Gourmet Delight”; “Extremely Educational”; “Architectural Phenomenon”; “Lavishing and Irresistible Service”; “Hospitality Personified”; “Unsurpassed Professionalism in Tour and Cruise Management”; “Treasurer Land of Antiquity”; “Personable, Approachable and Unsurpassed Cruise Directors and Service Staff Who Were Always There to Assist” …… would not be over stating the attributes of Tauck’s/Scylla Budapest to Amsterdam Riverboat Cruise.
An analogy might be a gourmet dinner paired with a fine vintage wine. The gourmet dinner would consist of many entrees, to include Tauck Tour Management, Scylla Cruise Management, Tauck Tour Directors, Scylla Cruise Staff,….. The fine vintage wine would be the scenic, cultural, architectural, artisan and historical elements encountered along the Danube, Main and Rhine River valleys.
It is a masterful ensemble of many wonderful ingredients which make this cruise one of the best travel experiences you could ever hope to encounter.
This was our first Tauck Tour and European travel experience. It will not be out last for either.
Thank you Tauck and Scylla for a wonderfully rewarding experience which we shall remember for the rest of our lives.

They were very easy to use. They were convenient in the service they provided.

They are very good for cruising. They do a better job than most in that area. I have used them a number of times. I am getting ready to go there next week to set up a cruise for next year. There were a number of people in our group last time we used them. The agents, they take their time and there is nobody rushing you. You can sit down and ask a million questions. They have a number of agents that are all well experienced. They take the answer all sorts of little, stupid questions. They don't consider you questions stupid. You don't feel rushed, you get all of your questions answered and that make you feel comfortable. They look for discounts for you. For cruises they always give you free gifts in your room.

They are convenient and can do everything for you. It is one stop shopping. They were very helpful and have all the brochures that you need. They have been to the places we were looking at, so they have personal experience. They did a good job. We will use them again.

I would give them all A's and I will continue to use them in the future.

They are very punctual and very accommodating. They have all the information I want. They will help me with reservations and tickets. They have excellent prices on luggage. I will be using them in a couple of weeks when I go to get a trip ticket.

I've use them before and I have faith in their service. I would use them again in the future.

I like them. They are easy to deal with and they are as good as any. They are responsive, return my calls, and do what I ask them to.

It went excellently. They did a good job. The person that we dealt with was extremely efficient and got us good deals. It was well done.
