I called the company owner, Michael Shannon, and asked when he could possibly come by to fix the clog. He said he'd be able to be at my home within the hour, and he was! Michael was very pleasant, performed the work quickly and even cleaned up after himself. He explained what caused the clog, showed us the hair (ugh), then carefully threw it away. As a Realtor, I have referred A Superior Plumbing Solution to many of my clients, which is unknown to them. I've heard nothing but rave reviews from those that have used the company's services!
