 + -1 moreThe floral arrangements were each and every one an awesome creation. Rose takes her time and expresses her love of designing in all that she does.
Description of Work: A Special Rose did many floral arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral. Knowing that mom loved purple and butterflies was evident in the special touches that Rose included in each creation. She is truly a gifted florist.
