THIS PERSON CONTINUALLY DOES NOT SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED, DOES NOT CALL, AND DOES NOT RETURN CALLS FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE STEP INTO THE SHOWER ANGLED OUT NOT IN THAT WE DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL HE WAS PAID. HE HAS PROMISED TO COME BACK OUT BUT HAS NOT.
