They did a fine job.

They were very prompt and able to come out shorty after I called. They only charge a flat rate of $49 to diagnosis the problem. Once he found the problem, he had the parts in his fan to fix it right on the spot. He was very gracious, and did a great job, he even offered to help me clean up.
