I called Monday and got a voice mail saying they were closed due to illness. I understood, it happens. I went by Tuesday and picked up the computer. When I got it home I got a series of software prompts and ended up calling the owner. He worked remotely for 20 minutes to half an hour while I sat on the phone. I heard him ask multiple times if his employee had performed some function or loaded some software and the answer was, on multiple occasions, no. I ended up dropping it back off for them to fix it. I was told it would be ready Thursday. Went by Thursday and was told by the employee that it won't get on-line using the remote connection (it worked fine when originally dropped off). I went by Friday and was told by the owner they would have to do a complete reboot and I would lose all the programs I had added. They also said I could pick it up later on Friday. I went by Saturday and was told to come back later. I finally picked up the computer, Saturday afternoon, five days after it was promised. No apology was ever offered. The owner did load a copy of MicroSoft Office "for free." MicroSoft tells me the software has been loaded to many times and some functions aren't available. The internet browser he put on "Opera" won't work with the new version of Yahoo Mail. He deleted my Norton virus protector and gave me something "Free and Better." I've spent hours loading software and moving my files from an archieve file to My Documents and My Pictures. It does run faster. The owner is knowledgable but doesn't supervise his employee and has no type of quality control procedures.

We honored our warranty, and we did this all in less than one week for only 160.00, and that included a memory upgrade?
