Overall it was AWESOME!! They came to my house to take measurements and they immediately gave me an estimate which was the lowest that I had gotten from 5 different companies from the area. two days after I was selecting the slabs, they have a huge selection of colors. A week later my kitchen and bathrooms were installed. I get a lot of compliments. They did a great job, I really recommend these people.

We had received Jaime's name through a friend. Initially Jaime helped us out tremendously by ripping out our water damaged kitchen. He and his crew did a good job, and things were progressing. Our next step was to decide on a new kitchen design with new floors, cabinets, and granite. After deciding on cabinets that Jaime could not get, things changed. Part of the money we had paid was for a deposit on what we were going to have Jaime do. Since he didn't have the selection we purchased cabinets and granite elsewhere, but we were never given our deposit back. When we called to find out what was going on, we got a very angry response from Jaime, who immediately hung up. He has never returned our call or the money.

These guys are super nice. That's why I went with them. Their price wasn't the best, but they promised superior quality and superior work and to be finished by the contract date. Unfortunately, they fell through on these promises. The granite countertops ended up beautiful, but that is the only thing that went well and on time. The re modelers would come 1 at a time and worked for a few hours a day. They finally came and finished up when it was apparent they were going to go past their contract deadline, so I threatened them with a price re-negotation and then a bunch of workers finally showed up and got the cabinets in. However, the head cabinet installer was ticked about having to work and the cabinets were installed sloppily. The drawer hinges/slides are sub-par. The drawers open and close real roughly with a catch half-way through. Lowes and IKEA have way smoother and better quality drawer hinges/slides. They finally came and straightened everything up better when I was able to get my financing company to call and threaten them. I was disappointed to see "Made in China" stamped all over the cabinet boxes upon delivery. When we originally got the price estimate, we were told one thing, but then when we finally decided to go with 3D and went to put the deposit down and picked out the granite through their supplier, he raised the price $1,500. At that point we just wanted to get the job done, so stuck with him. That was stupid of us. Jaime Granda also told us that he could do ANY edge on the granite for the original price, but when it came time to install it, he said he could only do the base/easiest edging for us. I should have recorded all his promises, or had him sign under a list of them. There were also two other small issues we discussed being checked on during cabinet installation, but they were not followed through on. We also were promised a free granite item (I wanted a backsplash behind the stove), but that never came through, but I had so much trouble getting them to get the cabinets to a respectable point, that I haven't gone through the hassle to try to get delivery on that. Two contracted items remain unfinished as of today, December 28, 2009 and the contract deadline was November 18. The items are: replacement of baseboards removed during remodel, and cabinet cooking tray organizer never delivered or installed. End result: After a lot of kicking and fussing, a beautiful kitchen with unsatisfactory drawer slides, minus a couple of items. Recommendation: Be careful to protect yourself if you use this installer. He's super nice, and the end result can be beautiful after quite a bit of aggravation, but doesn't return your calls once he has your money and there's not an office worker.
