Awful. We had new shutters installed in 3 bedrooms. They installed them so the crank windows were not operable. And INSTALLED. Reaching customer service is a Herculean task. You'll be bounced from one person to another. I called the line we used to get a quote in the first place and of course they answered right away. Directed us back to Customer Service. The shutters were remeasured and delivery promised in a month. In a month we called and were told they were measured but NOT MANUFACTURED. In another month, new shutters were installed. They are fine but it was torture.

Total nightmare. They charged me for the full amount of my cordless blinds. Their name is 3 day blinds. 10 days after the contract they have neither delivered nor installed the blinds. Customer service is rude in the extreme. Terrible company.

Three Day Blinds are wonderful when they are initially taking your order but if anything goes wrong they are impossible to deal with and do not honor their warranty. I would not recommend this company due to their complete lack of customer service and regard for quality. I initially ordered a full house of blinds back in November 2022. I noticed that three of the blinds were non operational in December and called to schedule a repair.   I was told that I would be called when the product was in and by mid January called back due to not being contacted. Somehow they lost my repair order and so I had to re-submit it. I scheduled it for Friday 2-24 between 2-6pm.  I took a day off of work and waited, but nobody showed up.  I was eventually called at 8pm by the technician stating he wouldn’t make it.  I was upset because I had to take a day of work and he assured me I could get a Saturday appointment. However, when I called to reschedule I was told I couldn’t schedule a Saturday appointment. After a great deal of back and forth, I scheduled an appointment for 3-11 between 8-11. The technician called me at 7:50 AM and told me I was the first one on the schedule. He asked if I could move it to the afternoon but I couldn’t due to pre-existing appointments. The technician said okay and that he would arrive in 50 minutes. The technician, Mr. Brock Mullins (863-284-1519) from Great Window Services (410) 631-4944, never showed up. I called and left 3 messages and several texts. Finally, I received a text 6 hours later that another department was supposed to contact me because they didn’t have the parts. This was blatantly untrue and an excuse used to justify his completely unprofessional behavior.  I am incredibly frustrated by the gross lack of service and customer regard demonstrated by this company. It’s truly appalling!  If you value your time and money, stay far away! My original order number was 1051902.

Nightmare experience. Ordered the blind in May. Salesperson measured it wrong, so first blind could not be installed. Weeks passed and we contacted the company via Facebook, email and phone trying to resolve. Case manager did nothing. Got supervisor involved and he never followed up as promised. Had an installer call to install the corrected blind and then he cancelled. Couldn’t find out where the blind was or who was to install. Then they claimed no one could reach us even though we were reaching out to them over and over. When the day came, 3 months later, to install the corrected blind, we had to track down the installer because they did not confirm or let us know they would be late. They came 4 hours after the promised time. Blind is in and looks nice and we are so glad it is over. Will never use this company again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! The measurements were off, the remote associated with the battery operated blinds was completely messed up.. When I asked the installer how I could make one set of blinds go down without affecting the blinds on the doors he suggested taking the batteries out of the doors and then lower the window blinds!!! I am not making this up. I am an honest reviewer and this is probably the worst review I have ever posted on angie's list.. Stay away from this company.
