Switched out the board and found the panel had now gone. He put back the old part and we were charged a small fee for coming out. I felt like we made the right choice had Samsung's product not sucked. I would use this service again. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Michael came out the first time with a new part but it did not clear the problem. He reorted back to the warranty company and they sent another part & mike came out and installed it. It cleared up the problem. Michael came out as soon as we reeived the part to do the repair.

When I called 1st Response Electronics, Michael Lurch set me up with a late afternoon appointment and promised to call prior to coming. As promised, he called 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house. Even offered to take his shoes off (it had been raining) before entering the house. Within 10 minutes of starting, he was able to tell me what was wrong with my large screen TV and the cost of repairs. He completed to entire repair job within 40 minutes, since he had the replacement part on hand. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. I would hire him again!
