The unlimited Air Duct Cleaning ended up only being for half of them because I have two A/C systems. All of the additional upsell items seemed to me to be bit of a forced choice and did up to quite a large amount and be very time-consuming. The items included, Whole House Germicidal UV Air Treatment, Blower Wheel Pull and Clean, 10 MFD Run Capacitor, and Air Duct Sanitizing.

Actual air duct cleaning was done well by a very professional gentleman. The problem was with initial contact and scheduling. The company did not contact me. I had to contact them. Then it was over a month before they could squeeze me in.

They suggested not to dote job. They suggest to change the A/C unit then to contact them.

I did use them. They were very good. I actually have two different systems in my house. The $199 Big Deal was for one unit, and then they charged me another $199 for the other unit, but I knew that going in. Just one person came out to do the work and he was there for probably a couple of hours.

I did not have a good experience because I scheduled a deal with them. We live in Florida and part of the places in the roof are 12, 13 and 14  feet. That's very common in Florida and also with new construction.  They came on the appointed time, they were fine with that. The gentleman who came, when he saw my roof, he said he was not able to work, because he needed a little bigger ladder. They said they have to reschedule it. I said perfectly fine and they rescheduled it. 
I think that they did not bother to catch all of the right tools, ladder or whatever, in that span of time. Then the day that had to come back again, in the morning they called us that they don't have an 8 foot tall ladder. So I was a little disappointed. I said look, I bought all kinds of  lighting fixtures that stick to my roof, I have got my fans prepared. They said they don't have that tall of a ladder. I said that is not an excuse, because I have recessed lighting in my ceilings, so even when a bulb has to be changed, and the electrician comes to change the bulb,they are available and bring it. So they regretted it, and I had no option but to get my money back, and that was it. They did not do the work. they said please take your refund. They never did my work. This is an experience with them. They rescheduled the appointment twice then they denied and that they would not be able to do the work. So this was an experience with them. They deserted my job, so I can just give them F's for everything. Because they deserted my job and because it was something that they could have easily done. They did not make an effort to get a tall enough ladder that was a little bit bigger and they are easily available at the stores or even to rent. Maybe they didn't want to invest or whatever their reason was. The experience was bad. My job was not done. I had to indulge twice, I had to wait for them. I had to pay, then I had to call up Angie's List to get my money back. It was bad all over. There was nothing good about it. I received the e-mails to rate the review, but I intentionally did not rate, because I did not want really to give bad marks to any business organization, though I was not happy at all with this. I stay in this house, my roof is still 14 feet, if they do not have arrangements to service such a roof size, I do not have any use for them. These are the hard facts. I do not want to receive any calls from the services provider. It should be in their record that they did not complete their services and they regretted it.

The team did very well and I was very pleased with their professionalism and timeliness in getting the job done.

The first date we had set was cancelled because their equipment was broken. The second appointment they came and they did a good job. Ken was very nice and professional in the way he performed his job. The problem was a communication issue. We had three air conditioning units so I knew it would be more than the $199. Our bill ended up being over $800.00. We had a brand new unit in the garage and he cleaned that one too. That mistake cost me $200. He should have checked with me. He also should have done a quick assessment and given me a price for the whole job before he got started. I was shocked at the amount of money it cost us. Other than that Ken did an excellent job.

Ken was very professional. I could tell he works hard and is dedicated to his craft. I didn't feel like I was being overcharged or anything. He runs a smooth operation.

I was called that morning and given a 1/2 hour time frame when I could expect my technician. Ken showed up and showed me how to change my principle filter. He went right to work and vacuumed out the ducts immediately. He had a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional manner.
