Excellent job!

Not very well. A microbial was sprayed for a cheaper price with a promised refund. As of today I haven’t received the refund nor have I gotten a response from this company.

Ken advised we had mold spores so he cleaned the air ducts, then sanitized. He installed a ultra violet light in the air handler unit to continue killing any possible future spores. Ken explained every step he completed. Very professional.

It went well! So far it seems to have stopped but I haven’t looked up where air handler is to see if the mold has come back.

I was very pleased with all aspect of the service that Ken provided. Very Thorough and feel like he went over and above expectations to clean vents and clean up after himself. Yes, I am recommending his service to friends and family!

Technician arrived on schedule and was very polite and professional. Showed him a problem we were having and he immediately identified the cause and recommended corrective action and performed that corrective action while he was here. It's been two months since service was performed, and have not had a recurrence of air duct problem. Hope to have Breath of Fresh Aire conduct our regular semi-annual preventive maintenance on HVAC unit.

No service provided wasted $199.00

It went well, cleaning up the area after removing the vents should have been better.

The job was performed adequately and the gentleman worked hard and as efficiently as possible. The major issue I had and am very disturbed about is the unfair and poorly/incorrectly described pricing structure until asking for the credit card and signature and it was too late. Angie's list advertisement was for $299 for single forced air unit with unlimited vents and main trunk lines based on one unit (this same offer was $199 a week later). We were told that we had two units since we have two floors and that "it would be $100 more" for the second unit if we wanted done. Since we felt this was reasonable we proceeded. In the end we paid the $299 for one unit and an ADDITIONAL $399 FOR THE SECOND UNIT. I was appalled at this play on words and said this made no sense and was not what was said but he said it was done and that is the cost, he could tell I was not happy and I said I was filing a complaint for what I feel was a rip off and deceitful play on words. Unfortunately, I just had spinal surgery 7 days before and was in no physical condition to do anything else at the time but I feel this was really poorly transparent and took advantage of my situation when I should have cancelled and bought the $199 twice and had them come out for each "unit", $400 versus the $700 I paid which would make no sense for company cost or customer time. There was no service recovery performed per normal customer service standards or attempt to mediate or escalate to come to a reasonable agreement or compromise. The service was performed fine to the best of my knowledge but I have no knowledge of what is done in the ducts and given the above, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I defintely would not recommend

Very well. The deal covered every vent in the house and the services were performed with no issues or problems. There was no upselling or anything. I like companies that work this way. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent from start to finish. This was no half-baked job, he worked all afternoon and into the early evening hours to do the job right! Cleaned all the ducts, vents and ceilings where we had crud that had blown out of the system. Highly recommend!

It was one of the best services I've had. Clean air is very important to me and he showed up early and worked very hard cleaning my system all day. I actually have two systems so there was a lot to be done.

Went well. Technician pointed out some problems that I wasn't aware of. I verified that they were things that needed to be taken care of. I felt the add-on charge was very fair compared to previous charges for the same service. I would us Breathe of Fresh Air again.

Ken was awesome. Not only did he do a great job cleaning out all our A/C ducts/vents, he did the dryer vent for us and the A/C unit in the garage. Super nice guy and very thorough. Highly recommend him.

Super professional approach from day one in setting up appointment, gave a call and asked if they might come early on the booked day. Ken handled all professionally, gave information during the process and advice for the future handling of the AC unit. We ended up installing a UV light air cleanser. Very pleased

It was difficult to schedule and the service technician arrived at the very end of the 2-hour window, but he was very friendly and did a great job. My house has tall ceilings and a lot of vents. He went through each vent carefully. I appreciated the attention to detail.
