The vents were cleaned, a UV light installed to kill any future mold.

Very professional, showed me exactly what was wrong and showed again when fixed. Very nice people.

Ken arrived right on time, was very professional and efficient, and quite simply, got the job done. I would highly recommend this company and will use him again, if needed.

The person who worked that morning was great - he explained what he was doing - showed me the condition of the grates over the ducts - was very professional and would definitely call this company back again.

Aside from some scheduling changes, the service itself went quite well and I was pleased with quality of service. Would recommend again.

at end of cleaning rep said the charge would be an additional 125.00 for sanitizing. he did not mention this while doing the process or in advance prep. we felt very compromised and said such. he said it had to be paid.

Ken did a nice job. The blower motor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. He took the motor and fan out cleaned the entire housing, fan and replaced the capicitor. He was very professional. I would hire him again!

Ken was very thorough. He cleaned all the ducts, returns, and covers for all the ducts. He took his time and vacuumed any dirt or debris that came out. I would definitely hire him again! He was very nice and professional!!

We give him an A+. Outstanding! Ken was meticulous with cleaning the air ducts and vents. We also had him also install a light device that will help prevent mold. Ken is a hard worker, very versed in his field, and has a great work ethic. He worked continuously for hours until the job was done. We are so happy!

Our daughter has allergies and needed to make sure that the rental's AC units were cleaned. In May 2017, Ken cleaned the ducts and made sure the carpets did not have any dust on them. Ken found that the AC unit was leaking and alerted us to inform the landlord to inspect that before we move in. What I liked the most was the level of communication that was welcomed. I tend to be very specific about things and they were more than welcome to hear me out AND communicate friendly and genuinely interested in what I had to say (Ken and Shikeemah demonstrated this well). Customer Service is very important and they know this well. The experience was refreshing. Shikeemah, the office manager, was very professional and went out of her way to make sure that they could accommodate a date and time that fit the dates I was flying into Florida to see the property. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!

It was fine. They did their job and everything. It was the say it was advertised as a $200 It was a special.but They led you to believe that they did all that was necessary, and they didn't in the special. Based on the fact that they did what they said they were going to do, but not what the consumer thought they were going to do is really two different things. He was a good salesman, he tried to get me to buy a thing you put in the big box to kill off germs and stuff like that. I think it was like $300 and my wife and I talked about it and we said no. He continued to do his job,, but that's all I can tell you about him. For what he did, I guess the pricing was ok. I believed he was going to do something that he didn't do. Even he said to me I wish they didn't advertise that way because that's not the best way we do things. I would probably not use him again.

Ken Marcus, the technician who performed the work, was highly professional and courteous. He completed the work in the time frame promised, including the recommendation and installation of a germicidal unit inside the air handler. Ken indicated that the germicidal unit was 99.9% effective in the killing and removal of mold, spores and bacteria from the A/C system. This would be of great help in the improvement of air quality inside the home, as well as prolong system life. Ken cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed.

We have 3 different sets of air ducts. They came out and did one. We liked it so we had them come out and do the other two.

The service guy was very helpful. We knew they were gonna try to upsell us on a deeper cleaning , but after he pointed out the mold that was growing on the motor ( which we could see clearly it was a lot) we negotiated a good price for a full cleaning and mold acid wash to clean everything. The only thing I would have liked them to do( which I called and asked them to do before hand; and they agreed), was to check our air ducts to see if there were any holes/ patches to fix. They forgot to do this service. Overall grade is a B+ and I will use them again in the future- good company
