We had an emergency issue from our main waterline, and I was recommended to Nu Tech Plumbing Solutions. I was very impressed with the courtesy. He came out within an hour of getting in contact. He also found another issue that required additional parts, and stayed later to set up a temporary solution to have water in the house so my elderly mother was able to use the restroom. He also showed up the next day early and very punctual. Our problem was solved. He did such great work I even gave him a $50 tip because he was reliable honest and I was very impressed with his work. I will always recommend him, and he will be handling any plumbing issues for me from now on.

I had the pleasure of meeting James Matthews at my house today, only a few hours after speaking to him for the first time, and on a Saturday. In other words he did not waste any time convincing me that he was the person to solve my problems and he was correct. He replaced three hose bibs outside and two water main inlet Bibs. He Soldered all and they look perfect. Further, he is very professional and a nice guy to deal with in every way. Sometimes we get lucky hiring somebody for the first time and today I did.
