He came to my house to do the survey 27 March 2023. I paid him for the survey as requested 3April 2023. 19 April requested update on when I would get the survey that is 2 weeks late. I was told it's coming later that day. 21 April I still didn't have the survey and they said I would get it the next day. Here it is 24 April and no survey and no update.

The survey took too long in coming to me due to an employee not following thru in a timely manner. He did not complete his job responsibly.However contact with his supervisor helped the process be completed. He lost my check and then took a week and a half before responding to me after a second check was given to him.
