+ -1 moreJim made sure to contact the tenants and schedule the appointments with them. He did the repairs to completion and our tenants were happy. He also made sure to give me the good, bad and ugly - as some of these repairs may be due to a tenants error. As such he made sure to provide me with proof when that did happen. Jim answers his phone and was even able to help with an emergency the weekend after a Christmas. Jim is fair, honest and has integrity in his work. I will definitely be contacting him for more work! Thank you Jim & Rene!
Description of Work: I have used Jim for three jobs already. I am a property manager and I deal with single family homes. Jim changed a ballast in a kitchen light, fixed faulty wiring in a garage light and he also fixed electrical for a water pump. He was very punctual and professional.
