Elvis and his team are great! From reading his reviews to the moment I contacted him on the phone I knew he was a professional and straight arrow. For nothing more than his $200 roof inspection fee, Elvis thoroughly examined the roof of my mom's house that is currently for sale. He gave us excellent advice regarding the sketchy practices of contractors and realtors apparently common in south Florida. If it weren't for Elvis's input, my mother might have assigned away her insurance benefits to a corrupt roofing contractor and accepted an offer for her house 100K less than its true value. Just a great guy....

Extremely satisfied. I had hurricane damage on my roof and did not know it. Elvis pointed the damage out and handled entire insurance claim. There is always a few road bumps dealing with insurance companies as they never want to pay. Elvis took care of them all and I got paid to replace my roof. I highly recommend Neighborhood Adjusters!

We filed a claim with our insurance carrier for a Hurricane Irma claim. After about six months of no return phone calls, we were offered a $1,000 settlement. We signed up with Elvis and his team on 8/8/19 and on 10/19/19 we received a check from the insurance carrier for $47,000. Now we can get our new roof. We couldn't have done it without Elvis!

We had flood damage from a roofer hitting our refrigerator water line with a nail-gun. Elvis guided us through taking the steps needed to prevent additional water damage. We had a slab leek that caused water and mold damage in our guest bathroom and bedrooms. I initially tried to deal with my insurance company myself, big mistake. I saw the excellent reviews for Neighborhood Public Adjusters on Angie's List so I gave Elvis a call. He came out right away and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Elvis was fantastic, he bent over backwards to assist us. When our insurance company finally sent a settlement check to properly cover the damages, Elvis was out of town, so his wife, Sherry, (who is equally fantastic) immediately assisted my wife and I. I have not had that kind of customer service in many years. I would highly recommend Elvis and if ever have any type of home damage again, I plan on calling Elvis FIRST!!!

The adjuster was fantastic! He found the service to dry out the house. He guided me through the process, letting me know exactly what information was needed and what I needed to do. He submitted the claim, and was able to get more money than I could have imagined. He was always professional, responsive and very friendly. You would be crazy to trust your insurance company! CALL ELVIS! We had roof damage from hurricane Irma and a bunch of roofers told me the roof was too old to be repaired. We were staring at a $40,000 roof bill. Then Elvis stepped in. He arranged the roof repair and worked with my insurance company to get me a settlement that paid for a new roof! Our homeowner's insurance company denied a claim for a floor problem, and we needed a third party to assess whether the claim was correctly denied, and to assist with any ensuing appeal. Elvis responded to my call immediately and asked me to email him the insurance company's report. He gave us an appointment for the same week and came down all the way to Miami to take a look at the damage. He concluded that our issue would not be covered by insurance, but we saved his information in the event we need an adjuster in the future. He was remarkably kind and helpful, arrived at our house at the agreed-upon time, and had already studied the report we sent him in advance. We are very grateful for the information he provided.

Things went very well! Neighborhood Adjusters (Elvis Taveras) was great, and we are very satisfied with the settlement he got us. We had broken pipes which caused a flood in several rooms of the house. Someone suggested we use a private adjuster to handle the claim. We called Neighborhood Adjusters and Elvis came the same day. He was very thorough in explaining what he does and the fees he charges. We signed the authorization for Elvis to file the claim with the insurance company. We never had to do another thing after that. Elvis did all the communications with the insurance adjuster and he kept us informed at every stage. We felt that the rates he charged was fair, and the settlement of over $18,000 sufficiently covered the damages we had. Based on our positive experience, we highly recommend the services of Neighborhood Adjusters.

Elvis took detailed measurements, and addressed the issue/loss with the Insurance Company. He went above and beyond what was needed. The insurance company sent multiple adjusters and still they came back to the same conclusion, he did from the beginning.

It went very well. He came to my house the day I called him and worked with me and my insurance company to make sure I got every penny deserved from the insurance company. My water damage was the week of Thanksgiving and dealing with the Christmas holidays, Elvis was on top of everything and we settled in early February and my settlement check came within 10 days from settling. Now I'm in the process of repairing my house. I would recommend Elvis to anybody needing a Public Adjuster because you should "never" go without using a Public Adjuster, it is well worth the fee you pay them.
