They were the only vendor who called back, showed up on time for the estimation and then gave the best price. The project started very well.
Unfortunately, due to some reasonable miscommunications, all the options, especially for the flat roof and the color of the drip edge were not provided. The drip edge was the wrong color: silver and we wanted white. And the flat roof has some low, pooling spots that could have been easily remedied but it wasn't discussed until it was too late. As the home owner, I spent considerable time on the roof. They go very fast and efficiently once they start. If I hadn't been on top of things some rotten roofing wood would have been missed. However, I was only supposed to get 200 sq ft of replacement wood as per the contract, and because I was the runner to the lumber store they did considerable more sq footage. Over our carport where the 1x4 tongue and grove can be seen from underneath, there were some mistakes with sloppy workmanship and nails going through the drip edge area. They reported that the long nails were required to be that long due to code, but it was an eye sore they remedied by clipping the nails that came through.
The job seemed to end very well. The team was efficient and very clean and polite. Unfortunately with the rains of this past week (Feb 2012) have proved the job to have a serious fault. Our roof is leaking (UGGH!) and the manager is not making it a priority to get resolved. Therefore the "F" under quality. I hope the problem is resolved in a manner in which that grade can be changed.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE BY DAN TENNIS ROOFING. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH SEEING ANY LEAKS AFTER RAIN STORMS. I THINK THE ROOF LOOKS BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE.
