Pro: Vendor was kind enough to reschedule work for me at no additional charge, as I had appliances in the garage which needed to be moved first. However, I have noticed no improvement in the operation of the door. In fact, it is trickier than ever.

They repaired the pulley system, the springs and replaced all the wheels on the door. The technician was very patient and explained everything very well. They were able to fix it on the visit that we coordinated from the Angie's List deal that we purchased.

Two guys came out they were friendly and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Perfectly. I scheduled an appointment and they had a slot open a day earlier. The rep called and we moved the time one day earlier. Tech was on time and called 30 minutes before arriving. Checked over the operation of the garage door, lubed all hinges and checked operation of the chain drive opener. Was professional, courteous and informative. Now I know when my garage door main spring will need to be replaced thanks to his helpful tip!

I was extremely pleased. Where before the door was very heavy if I had to open it manually, it is now easy to hoist up, and it will stay open by itself, without crashing down. Further, it is SO much quieter.
