The garage door is two car width 8 foot tall hurricane reinforced - very heavy door.
The service rep showed up exactly on time (actually early). He came with absolutely everything needed for the tune up plus any maintenance or repairs that were needed. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and why - good for me to take care of things on my own. Spending time with him was like a crash course in garage door maintenance and repair. He checked the balance and made several adjustments, lubed what needed to be lubed. Now my garage door opens and closes smoother and much more quietly. Money well spent. And this will definitely be who I call for any future help I need with my garage doors.
