He could have easily charged the normal visit fee as expected. but as he was unable to do the repair, he refused to charge me.

We noticed our fridge was dead at 1:45 p.m. on a Saturday. No one else could come til Monday, but A&B not only was able to come to our house the same day, but they had it fixed by 6:00 p.m. The technician who did the job was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He showed us where the back of the fridge was scorched from the switch blowing and showed me that the compressor wasn't running. By fixing it so quickly, they saved quite a few dollars on food we were able to save. I would definitely recommend them. I can't really comment on the price since we didn't get any other estimates under the circumstances. Wasn't cheap, but it was great to get it fixed the same day.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY WAS TERRIBLY INEPT AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY DID COULD NOT FIX MY PROBLEM. THEY BLAMED IT ON THE ELECTRICIANS. THE ELECTRICIANS CAME OUT AND STILL COULDN'T FIX MY EXHAUST FAN. I FELT THEY WERE LAZY AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS IS A SMALL FAMILY RAN COMPANY. I THINK THAT THEY ARE GREAT. THEY DID A FOLLOW-UP WITHIN TWO DAYS AFTER INITIAL VISIT TO CHECK-UP ON MACHINE. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SUCH A VARIETY OF APPLIANCES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I HAVE USED A & B APPLIANCE SERVICE FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. I AM ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE, AS THE REPAIR MAN IS ALWAYS NICE AND POLITE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
