YouFit is a and quot;no frillsand quot; fitness center. However, all of the staff are highly knowledgeable and pleasant. Their emphasis is obvious and simple: a clean place, with clean, well-designed equipment for those who are serious about achieving and maintaining physical fitness. Sweaty floors and equipment are not tolerated, and all members must have a workout towel. The ambient temperature is just right: neither too hot, nor too cold. Pleasant, contemporary music is played continuously, but at a very acceptable level. Male and female locker rooms include rest facilities and are always very clean.
There are plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, and all manner of top-quality exercise machines available. Sometimes, it gets a bit crowded in the late afternoon, but that's because so many folks have discovered this excellent, affordable fitness center.

They have very nice standard of people. It's a very clean place. The price is good and the machinery is good.

I am fairly happy with them. They are closer to me so its convenient.

He was late for the training session and did not let me know, so I waited half an hour for him. It went well once he was there. I had to wait for everything. They have over charged me twice. I would not use him again.

I did not like going in the afternoons because that was when the trainers were there. It was annoying because they would come up to me and that my form was not very good. I can help you with your form. There are always people there trying to sell you personal training sessions. It was annoying when I was trying to focus on something. Then I started going at night. Then I just quit going and started going somewhere else. It was very clean and I would probably still be going there if I had not started at the other place. It was cheap and a good price. It was just a standard gym; there were no extras. I would not go back.

They charge me a monthly membership fee. The equipment there is very clean and new.
