 + -1 moreYouFit is a and quot;no frillsand quot; fitness center. However, all of the staff are highly knowledgeable and pleasant. Their emphasis is obvious and simple: a clean place, with clean, well-designed equipment for those who are serious about achieving and maintaining physical fitness. Sweaty floors and equipment are not tolerated, and all members must have a workout towel. The ambient temperature is just right: neither too hot, nor too cold. Pleasant, contemporary music is played continuously, but at a very acceptable level. Male and female locker rooms include rest facilities and are always very clean. There are plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, and all manner of top-quality exercise machines available. Sometimes, it gets a bit crowded in the late afternoon, but that's because so many folks have discovered this excellent, affordable fitness center. You want a great gym for less than and quot;lunch moneyand quot;? - Try YouFit!
Description of Work: My spouse and I have an on-going membership contract with YouFit. We signed-up nearly a year ago, and we could not be happier! The gym is less than a mile from our house, and their hours are very convenient. Virtually anyone who wants to get fit and stay fit will find a suitable time to use the facility. The equipment is kept clean throughout the day by a very conscientious staff, and there are excellent YouFit trainers who are available at all times. The price is right too: our monthly charge for joint use is $21.49!

 + -1 moreHe was late for the training session and did not let me know, so I waited half an hour for him. It went well once he was there. I had to wait for everything. They have over charged me twice. I would not use him again.

 + -1 moreI did not like going in the afternoons because that was when the trainers were there. It was annoying because they would come up to me and that my form was not very good. I can help you with your form. There are always people there trying to sell you personal training sessions. It was annoying when I was trying to focus on something. Then I started going at night. Then I just quit going and started going somewhere else. It was very clean and I would probably still be going there if I had not started at the other place. It was cheap and a good price. It was just a standard gym; there were no extras. I would not go back.
