They replaced the regular windows but in such a way the previous blinds could not be reinstalled. I have had other windows with blinds and all i had to do was put blinds back in sockets. When discussing the complicted window, we discussed that the new sills would need to be capped before contract was signed. They did not and only offerred to fix in way would spoil looks as otherwise would have to take windows out again. They claimed always would be done after installed,but when had other windows whwere sills were replaced they were capped prior to window being installed. In fact all external cap work was done before the window was installed. Their failure will result in expensive windows needing to be replaced in just a few years. Don’t use or sign off on work before done right
