I believe Agatha's insulin level is about right. Whenever I have called to ask a question, the staff have always answered my question or spoken to one of the vets if necessary. I was extremely nervous when the cat was originally diagnosed with diabetes and really dreaded the daily shots. The vet made it as easy as he could. Dr. Pridgeon showed me how to give the shots, and I have gradually felt more comfortable with it. My only wish is that they were on the east side of town. They have been my vets since the late 1970's and we have always received excellent service. So, even though we now live across town, we still use them.
I also would like to give Susie, Meredith and the rest of the front desk staff my thank you for being so friendly and understanding.

Everyone there knows Maxine and loves her. They call her Princess Maxine. We've been taking our pets to Westwood for years. Dr. Hall is our main vet, but we've seen Drs. Sanders and Pridgeon too and have always been pleased with the service we have gotten.

They've been our family vet for many years and so they treat us very well, and we never had problem with the price. They are very compassionate, very caring, and treated our animals with respect. I like them because they are still located in the neighborhood I grew up, very community-oriented, neighborhood-price practice, and the 2 vets who originally opened are still in practice for over 40 years. The actual veterinarian to see our dogs now is a younger gentleman but he is just excellent, very careful, and friendly. We used to have a dog that's aggressive anywhere else but always well-behave with them.

Dr. Pridgeon and Dr. Hall were originally recommended to me when I began having problems with my previous vet. What I found at Westwood was a staff of people willing to listen and ready to help my dog with a long list of health problems. At the time I first began using their services I was recently out of college and very broke. They never ran any unnecessary tests or tried to sell me products that were not absolutely necessary. Any time I had problems or questions I was able to call the office and receive a response back the same day.
For a few years I had to relocate to South Florida for work and while down there my dog required very risky cancer surgery. Though I was not a current patient at Westwood, Dr. Pridgeon was still willing to talk to me and render his professional opinion on the procedures that were being carried out over 400 miles away. With his reassurance I went forward with the surgery and my precious dog was granted another year of life.

I have recommended Westwood countless times and will continue to do so in the future. While my dog is now passed, when the time is right and I get another companion I will not hesitate to go back to Westwood.

went well. she came back clean. I don't understand when folks complain their dogs come back dirty. I always ask them to bathe her.

The service was great. He prescribed anti bacterial meds. She's better.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Doctors were very knowledgeable and good with my dog. Prices very reasonable. Would recommend.

The doctors there are wonderful. They are all very good.

LOVE them! Everyone in this office is competent and caring. They're friendly, the doctors make everything easy to understand and you can tell they really love animals. They often take the time to do a little something extra. And their prices are incredibly reasonable. I'll keep using them as long as I live in Tallahassee and they are in business.

Day or night you can call and get the best advice and treatment possible.

One of our dogs was having a urinary tract problem. She was very uncomfortable. When we call the office (the day before Christmas), they told us to bring her right in. Dr. Hall treated her, and you could tell she felt better almost immediately.

I noticed on a Friday night that one of my cats was going to the liter box more than usual so I called the vet first thing on Saturday morning. I'm sure Saturdays are one of their busiest days of the week, but the front office person who answered told me they'd fit me in if I came on over. I waited no more than 10 minutes in the waiting room before they brought me back to an exam room and confirmed my cat did indeed have a UTI. I was highly impressed that I was able to get in so quickly, and the overall cost was not nearly as much as I feared. I've also taken my cats here for their annual exams and have always had a good experience. Both vets I've seen have been very caring and I didn't feel like either was trying to talk me into expensive options just to make extra money (as I've experienced with some vets I've gone to in the past.) They don't seemed to be big on over vaccination or medicating which I appreciate. Overall, I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff or vets in this office.

Very well. The docs here are the best and have been taking care of my animals for almost 30 years.
