Waterhawk, gutters has been a trusted subcontractor for us for many years Bill Sullivan, and crew do an amazing job. highly recommend Waterhawk gutters.

TERRIBLE. My contractor hired the cheapest and most unqualified company he could find. Sloppy, screws that went to nowhere, extremely long and short overhangs of gutter (2 feet plus on one end and 8" too short on the other end. It actually looks like someone had their eyes closed and just slapped up the gutters and downspouts. One downspout ran about 3 feet and into the gate path in my backyard...talk about a trip hazard!! This "work" was totally subpar. I contacted the owner after his crew RACED through throwing up the gutters to tell him there were serious problems...he came out and ran his mouth the whole time and made excuses and wouldn't listen to me....probably because he was clearly drunk and the cologne he used to try to mask it was even worse...reaked! He said he would send his crew back to fix the problems. Second "attempt" to correct their mess was also a failure. I had to call him back again and same old song and dance. I gave up. They simply are not capable. Now, I have leaky, crooked, messy gutters and will just hire someone on my own. I don't trust anyone anymore.

There was an initial communication error on their side, but everything was resolved and done within the same week. They provided some additional parts I needed to hook up rain barrel at no cost.

When I decided to get gutters installed, I reached out to several companies for quotes.  Waterhawk Gutters was the only one that responded right away and provided me with a timely quote, impressing me from the very beginning.  Although they were not the cheapest quote, I was impressed with how they did the quote: they took the time to view the property in the rain and called me to discuss what they found and different ways it could be addressed.  We scheduled an installation date two weeks after the quote was done and they called to confirm it the day before the installation.  I came home from work to find beautifully installed gutters, complete with a great color match to my house.  I taped payment to my front door and they came to collect it after I had confirmed I was pleased with the job.  I didn't have to take any time off work - they just showed up when asked and completed their work to excellent standards.  I am so impressed with their courteous nature, quick response times, and excellent work.  I recommend Waterhawk Gutters LLC completely!

Went very well. All were professional and concerned with my requirements. Punctual but showed up a day early which could have been a problem had the job been larger, but they were done in approx 40 minutes.

The craftmanship of going around beams on our wrap around porch looked great. The color of the gutters and down spouts match the color of our house. The crew worked fast and did a great job.There was no pressure after the initial visit to give us a price quote. I would recommend them again.

Went great. Owner came by, gave me a price, and scheduled the work. They arrived and did the work quickly, efficiently, and as quietly as it's possible to do something like this. A hundred feet of gutter doesn't sound like a lot, but they worked almost a full day, and they didn't waste any time. Even removing the old gutters was non-trivial in some places. One of the downspouts required some creative routing to reach the drain, and the result looks great. Gutters have been working well ever since.

Estimate was a little off which led to an increase in price but not too much (only negative). Price was in the middle of 2 other estimates but the lower priced company had a problem with communication and I did not trust them to complete the job. They were punctual and professional and were efficient and cleaned up after themselves well.

I was so impressed that the very first thing the men did was to blow the leaves and pine needles off the entire roof.
They did a fantastic job. Just what we wanted.

It was raining in the morning but the moment the weather broke the crew showed up and went to work.    The made sure that we were aware of the color of the gutters and the exact location of the downspouts.  Very smooth and very nice installation.   The house looks like the gutters were always there.

Mr. Sullivan and his crew are true professionals.  His two sons installed my new gutters.  They knocked on my door to introduce themselves and offered their handshakes.  You don't offen see that kind of conduct these days.  Very nice young men just like their father.  You can tell that the, "apple didn't fall too far from the tree".  They did such a good job that one of my neighbors took notice and came over to ask them for an estimate for his house!  Mr. Sullivan also was patient enough to assist me with working with the demands of an overly officious HOA which caused a 60 day delay in installation.  Most contractors would have walked away from the job due to the HOA but he stuck with me.  I can't praise him and his two sons enough.

The workers showed up during the scheduled week, kept the work area clean and were done by the end of the day.

There was a miscommunication on exactly what was to be done at my home. it was my fault. I originally wanted screening in my gutters after a damaged portion was repaired. After a couple of hours of thought, I called to cancel the gutter screens, however I called a company with a similar name by mistake in all three attempts to cancel. The screening cancellation was never received by Waterhawk. The owner of Waterhawk compensated me for the trouble/miscommunication with a reduced price for the gutter repair and screens, even though the mistake was mine.
