My experience with Kim has been wonderful! She’s very responsive and makes sure my property is in great condition. As an out of state of owner, this is essential. The property stays rented out. She keeps me informed about everything. I truly appreciate how diligent she is and the care and consideration she has shown for property. I highly recommend her!! Wonderful!! Kim and her team are the best of the best. I have worked with many property management companies in Tallahassee and nothing compares to Vineyards. Kim is quick to respond, always personable, and always goes out of her way to accommodate you. She makes sure her units are in the best condition they can be in and that both tenants and owners are happy.
