Todd Vowell of Valtech Flooring was exceedingly responsive throughout the process of getting the project started and he completing the job quickly and well.
A day after I contacted Todd about my decision on the specific work I wanted Todd to accomplish, he came to our house to discuss it and provided me with a estimate (by email) later that same day. He actually answers his cell phone when you call him during the business day. Upon telling Todd that I accepted his estimate, I ordered/purchased the necessary tile from a local flooring supply store. The day that I accepted delivery of the tile (a Friday) I contacted Todd and he agreed to do the job the following Thursday/Friday. AND THEN HE DID IT!. This exceeded my expectations, as my experience with similar independent contractors has been that they do not return phone calls timely (or at all), or do not show up for scheduled appointments to estimate work, and/or are too busy to be willing to project accomplishing work in a reasonable amount of time.
