Provider attempted to trap animal, but was not successful.  He then blocked the hole that went under the house.  However the opposum was still under the house and died.  When I contacted the provider to aske that he remove the dead animal, he stated that he was out of town and would get there in a few days.  The dead animal generated horrible smell and attracted flies.  When the provider showe up, he removed only part of the animal.  I had to pay another company to complete the removal and the job.

See above. When I saw a snake again, the new person finally answered the phone but said he couldn't be there til tomorrow or maybe late that afternoon (I was calling at around 8am). He did make a point to come after I argued hard, and sprayed like wildfire around our house to make a "fence" to keep the snakes out and let any existing ones escape. By the time he came, the snake I saw was long gone. Our house stunk to high heaven for three full days. We had to keep the windows and doors sealed shut. I don't know what was sprayed, but it could not have been good for our kids' health. The "humane" traps are also not humane if snakes get stuck in them and sit there in the heat while we wait days for folks to come pick up the traps and "set the snakes free." After much arguing, Trutech released us from our contract before the end of that first month. Not again.

I contacted this provider about two years ago, because my yard was being destroyed by armadillas(sp) They  responded immediately and started there treatment . They have always responded within 24 hours of a call. They are very professional, with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this provider

Sometimes I am not here when they do it. One of the fellow that does the service is somebody that I met socially. He is a really nice fellow and has helped us to eliminate rats from our attic, which is good. In Florida they are everywhere, it is warm here so they are here all the time. Their price is fair. I would definitely continue with him in the future.
