John and Matt were great to deal with. John responded within 24 hours to our inquiry about fixing our laptop computer and Matt traveled to our house the next day to diagnose the problem. When it was determined the laptop could not be repaired, John gave us our options of laptops that he could sell to us. John offered us a comparable laptop at a fair price. I would definitely use them again for any computer needs that we have.

John, from Tech and Toys, called shortly after I entered my information on Angi. I told him I was having issues with my laptop. I needed some programs removed that were left from the time I worked remotely at my State job. Having recently retired, I want my laptop free of the old programs. John told me his charge for pickup, "tune up" and then delivery. John and I worked out a time for his Son to pick up my laptop. John called within 2 days; his son would deliver my laptop the next day. John went over everything he had found and corrected. He went above and beyond what I had hoped for. His Son delivered my laptop, connected it, made sure my printer was connected and told me which 2 ink cartridges were very low (which I then ordered online). John's bill was much less than I expected to pay for his services and exactly what he told me in his initial call. I enthusiastically recommend John and his son for computer services! He charged a very fair price for pickup, work, and delivery!
