I have all french doors in the back of my house and they had fogged up. I was shopping for new doors and I stopped in and was talking to them. They told me my doors were under warranty and came out to replace all of them for free. I was impressed with the level of customer service. Our home was then burglarized and they kicked in one of the doors recently. They had one sent in overnight and replaced the next day!
