It has been a very good experience. What stood out to me about them is the quality of their work, their timeliness and price. I do not actually pay the bill myself but I think that it is about $50 a month.

Used them for my lawn service for 5 years. A bit over priced for the size of my yard, but wanted to use a local business. Mitch is the owner and was very attentive to my needs. However, as the company expanded, he had to start turning over some of the responsibilites to his son and hire office staff. The lawn service was excellent, but the office staff turnover was high. They missed billing me for 4 months, then sent me an invoice. While I did owe them the money, I was shocked to be invoiced 4 months later. When I decided to change services, the office manager told me that I had to pay for the rest of my contract. However, I did not have an active contract. I had a few other incidents, but nothing major. Just got tired of having incidents every few months.

A lawn care company that does leaf removal is unusual. We have lot and lots of leaves depending on what neighbourhood you are in. We are in a an old neighborhood and we have lots of trees. Leaf removal is the same as mowing. They have done my gutters, they do irrigation repair, and they do hedges also. Price wise they are not cheap but you get good value. As for responsiveness I called them and they were here within a day or so. I will continue to use this company in the future.
