I called Tallahassee IT Services and spoke to Tony immediately. I explained the issues I was having with home computer. He decided that it sounded as if I had a virus on my computer. He came out the next day and was able to remove the virus within an hour. He was extremely professional and I felt very comfortable with him working on my computer knowing all of the personal information I have stored on my computer. He made sure that my anti virus software was up to date and working.
