Very nice and courteous and straight forward in the begining. After contract was signed it was like Dr. Jackle and Mr. Hyde. Things ran behind schedule no returned calls.
Had several issues with Rick Singletary. He does not care about people he is only in the business to make money. If it were not for Porter and Lewis he would not sell a home. He likes to talk over you and doesnt want to listen to what you have to say. He was very unprofessional after we addressed our concerns about the home being behind schedule. He shouted at my wife and said that we offened him because of how we felt we were being treated. We wanted to walk away from the deal several times but the house was too good of a deal.
