I went in for an oil change and the usual multi-point inspection. They recommended replacing some steering parts. My automobile is out of warranty so I decided to get a second opinion. A second mechanic looked at the issue and said there is nothing wrong. This is not an issue that is hard to diagnose. So, I would use caution in regards to some recommended repairs.

The knowledgeable and competent staff at Tallahassee Dodge service center had my vehicle diagnosed and back on the road in one day. This was after I had the vehicle at Pappadakis Chrysler Dodge in Quincy for 10 days while they tried to convince me that I needed a $1300. service not covered by warranty. Turns out, I needed a sensor fully covered by warranty. Thank you Tallahassee Dodge for your honesty and professionalism.

They couldn't figure out what was wrong. They were not able to fix the it. I felt that they were adding services not necessary to increase the cost of what you will pay.
