Terry Kuntz, the owner of T.K. Air Conditioning, arrived as scheduled. He was very friendly and professional. He replaced the dead condensation pump with a new one and then he checked out the rest of the system. He extended an exterior drain line and charged me only a minimum rate for the short piece of PVC that he put in. He offered advice that would allow me take better care of my air conditioner. Overall, I was pleased with his service, it was a good job at a fair price.
